Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions aim to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the website (realays.com) operated by Realays (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the user.
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
1. "Site" refers to a virtual business place set up by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers to trade goods or services to users.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Site and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction on Use)
1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
2. Users shall not use the information obtained by using the service for profit-making purposes or allow third parties to use it by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the Company.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The Company is exempted from responsibility for providing services if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto. Also, the Company is not responsible for obstacles to service use due to reasons attributable to the user.
Article 5 (Jurisdiction)
In the case of a lawsuit, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive competent court.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from January 20, 2026.
